3.2. To access the Application and its features, users must sign in using a Google Account via Google Sign-In. The Operator processes basic profile information (such as Google Account ID and primary email address) solely to authenticate users, manage personal accounts, and deliver personalized services.

3.3. By authenticating and enabling location-based services, users can record and view their personal border crossing history within their profile. 3.5. The User may, at their own initiative, generate and share with other persons a unique link providing access to information about a trip. The trip owner can view the contact details (email addresses) of users who have been granted access.

The Operator shall not be liable for any further sharing or forwarding of the link by third parties. The User may revoke access to the trip at any time through the Application settings.

3.6.
